NBA Youngboy releases new “Fish Scale” video ahead of new draft
NBA Youngboy is getting ready for another outing. The Louisiana rapper has released a new single and a “Fish Scale” video, which is a prelude to an upcoming mixtape.
The new version is produced by Otxhello and Ambezza, while the video is a house arrest creation. Creatively, Youngboy uses his house to create different scenes for the video. According to HipHopDx, the new version is slated for release around January 14.
“Fish Scale” follows NBA YoungBoy’s latest release, “Emo Rockstar”. Recently on Clubhouse, YoungBoy opened up about why he has developed an affinity for dark makeup.
“I like to paint my face, to do my makeup,” he said. “I like to look at myself in the mirror and see everything that is black. Like my eyes and shit. DJ Akademiks was in the room and asked YoungBoy for clarification, adding that he had seen a photo of the rapper in black makeup.
“It’s 100% real! I am myself, ”YoungBoy said. “I just don’t know. I feel comfortable like that. He admitted that he asked his engineer to go to MAC Cosmetics and buy the makeup for him. “It gives me like a gothic feeling, like rockstars.” The response to YoungBoy’s new look has sparked mixed feelings on social media.
